Here is a wonderful opportunity to discover authentic Traditional Thai Yoga massage, a dynamic healing art from the South East Asia.  


Variations on Plough

Over the course of the two days you’ll learn how to give relaxing yet deep body work in the traditional style of northern Thailand. In simple stages you will be shown how to apply a repertoire of techniques, with plenty of supervised practice time. They range from giving gentle palm and thumb pressure, learning to use your body weight effectively, to applying passive stretches and yoga poses confidently.

This course is ideal for relaxation and fun, and also as an introduction to the professional Thai Yoga Massage Diploma course. This course can be also count as a module on the Traditional Thai Therapies Certificate

Thai Yoga Massage training Glasgow

Traditional Thai Yoga massage is a dynamic healing art involving massage techniques, gentle palm and thumb pressure, and passive applied stretches that resemble the poses of yoga. The receiver wears loose clothing. Originally it was practised by monks at the temple, and is a spiritual practice which stems back to the times of Buddha and before. The massage techniques are applied as a moving meditation of Metta (loving kindness). It is a truly rewarding experience which leaves both giver and receiver more stretched, relaxed & in balance.
